Join us as we pop up around the city to celebrate the season—one suitcase, one smile, and one dance at a time.

Fremont Holiday Flurry

Suitcase Dance Theatre and VAM Studios is delighted to present our 1st Annual Fremont Holiday Flurry, a festive celebration supported by the Fremont Arts Council and created to bring sparkle, artistry, and community joy to the heart of Fremont! Join us for an evening filled with music, dance, and vibrant creativity as local performers come together to brighten the season.

Kick off the festivities at 5:15 PM with a high-energy line-dancing flash mob by Silverline Social, followed at 5:30 PM by the unveiling of our fabulous art piece and statue adornment by Pete Adelman. At 5:40 PM, enjoy the warm harmonies of Kyleigh Taylor and Friends, a singing quartet sharing festive tunes to lift your spirits. Then, at 5:45 PM, prepare for a dazzling finale: a 30-minute Winter Dance Extravaganza by Suitcase Dance Theatre.

7 Minute Nutcracker

A high-energy re-imagining of the holiday classic, this Nutcracker transforms Tchaikovsky’s score into a sizzling big-band soundtrack. In just seven minutes, dancers unpack an entire world—literally—building the stage, props, and magic from the suitcases they carry. Fun, campy, and irresistibly jazzy, it’s a fast-paced festive romp that turns a timeless tale into a playful burst of theatrical joy.
